Direct associations between chromatin and proteins are at the core of control of gene expression. This workshop is focused on methods developed to study such interactions including ChIP-seq, DamID and high-resolution imaging techniques. Based on lectures by invited experts and presentations by workshop organisers and participants we will discuss experimental design and data analysis optimized to your specific biological question.
