My laboratory is working on the roles of miRNAs and LincRNAs in 1) stress responses, 2) protein homeostasis, and 3) ageing. We are currently testing if the miRNAs are required for hyper osmotic stress response. We are also investigating how miRNAs contributes to protein homeostasis in order to develop miRNAs as therapeutics for protein aggregation diseases. Lastly, we are constructing RNAi library for lincRNAs to identify their functions in C. elegans.
