We study the role of chromatin modifications in nuclear organization and its effect on genome stability and the integrity of differentiation.
Heterochromatin and euchromatin are sequestered away from each other in the eukaryotic nucleus. We study the role of chromatin modifications in this separation and the importance of this sequestration on genome stability and the integrity of differentiation.
