At the laboratory for bioanalytical chemistry our multidisciplinary research combines state of the art chemical analysis, total synthesis, biosynthetic studies, and functional characterization of nematode-derived small molecules in order to decipher the molecular basis of nematode chemical ecology and secondary metabolism.
